Q: Will my DPF receive emails outside of the USA?
A: No, at this time the DPF will only receive emails within the continental USA. All other DPF features will work outside the USA.

A: If you are unsuccessful downloading a photo after multiple attempts, the file may have gotton corrupt during the transmission to
your DPF. Delete the Photo Mail and ask your sender to re-send that Photo Mail.
Q: Why have I only received one Photo Mail from a sender whom I know has sent multiple Photo Mails?
A: This may be a result of a SPAM filtering rule; please check
Q: Why am I not receiving photo mails that I know have been sent by senders?
A: a) Check your Block Senders' list to be sure they were not previously blocked, and unblock them if necessary.
b) Advise your senders that the Photo Mail email address must be entered in the 'To' or 'Cc' field of their email, not in the
'Bcc' field.
c) For optimal performance, a maximum of 20 emails will be displayed in the Inbox at any given time. At times, the email count on

screen may indicate more than 20, which means you should download current emails to allow for newer ones to be
delivered.
Q: Can I avoid receiving Photo Mail from specific senders?
A: Yes. Once you receive a Photo Mail from a sender, you can block or unblock their email address at any time (page 11).
Q: Can I delete a sender's email address from the Senders List?
A: Yes, however, if a deleted sender sends future Photo Mails, their address will once again be added to the Senders List. If you
want to prevent receiving any future Photo Mails from specific senders, use the 'Block Senders' option instead of 'Delete Senders'
(page 11).
Q: How many Photo Mails am I allowed to receive/download?
A: The only limitations are the number of Photo Mail Downloads you have purchased and the remaining memory for storing the
photos. Please note that a maximum of 20 emails will be displayed in the Inbox at any given time, so you may need to download
some emails already in the inbox to make room for more to be delivered.
Q: Is there a size limitation for Photo Mails or photos?
A: Photo Mails cannot exceed 30MB (1 photo or the sum of multiple photos attached).
Q: Can I buy Photo Mail Downloads using Cash, Credit Cards, or Gift Cards?
A: Only Credit Card purchases are allowed (Visa, Master Card, Diner's Club, Discover, and American Express); no cash, checks, or
gift cards are accepted.
Q: What is the cost of the Photo Mail Downloads?
A: The prices are listed on the Photo Mail Packages purchase page in the DPF or online at www.pandigital.net/PhotoMail. Follow the
instructions on page 11 to access the purchase page in the DPF.
Q: How many Photo Mail Downloads do I need per Photo Mail?
A: One Photo Mail Download is required per photo download, not per Photo Mail (email). If you receive one Photo Mail with 5 photos
attached, you will need 5 Photo Mail Downloads in order to download the 5 photos.
Q: Can I view the photos before downloading them?
A: No, there is no preview function before downloading photo mails.
Q: If my unit loses connection during a download, and only a partial of the total photos were downloaded, do I get charged
for the undownloaded photos?
A: No, you will only be charged for successful downloads.
Q: If a Photo Mail has multiple photos, can I download only a portion of the total photos?
A: No, if you select a photo mail to download, every photo will be downloaded.
Q: Why does my Photo Mail Inbox appear empty when I know I have received Photo Mails?
A: A weak connection to the wireless network can sometimes cause this.
a) Exit and re-enter the Inbox. If it is still displaying empty, try powering off/on and re-enter the Inbox again.
b) Move the DPF to an area where your connection may be stronger and then re-enter the Inbox.
Q: What do I do if my DPF appears frozen, and even powering off does not clear the unit?
A: At times you may need to unplug the power cord from the DPF, and then plug back in for a fresh power on.
