will be routed to your Regional Service Centre.
NOTE:
Should you have a service request outside normal office hours, please leave a recorded
message giving as much information as possible to assist the administrator to deal with
your request.
If the visit of an engineer is necessary your administrator will confirm any arrangement
made.
