DANGER: GAS SAFETY Liquid propane (LP) is flammable and hazardous if handled improperly. Become aware of its characteristics before using any propane product Propane characteristics: Flammable, explosive under pressure, heavier than air and settles in pools in low areas. In its natural state, propane has no odour. For your safety, an odorant has been added.
Inspect the grill before each use. 1. Inspect all hoses and connections and make certain they are secure. 2. Check and clean the burner venturi tubes for spider and insect nests by removing the burner and inserting a bottle brush cleaner into each tube to make sure the passage is clear.

ASSEM BLY I NSTRUC TI O NS Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly. Once the grill is fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure.

Step 2 (Cart back panel assembly) Loosen the four pre-installed bolts on the cart back panel (N) and allow 1/4 bolt’s length to extend from the cart back panel (N). Align the holes on cart left side panel (K) with the holes on the cart back panel (N).

Step 4 (Front beam assembly) Align the holes on cart left side panel (K) with the holes on front beam (M). Insert one M6 x 15 bolt (AA), one spring washer (BB) and one flat washer (CC) into each pre-drilled hole, then tighten the bolt by hand.

Step 6 (Tank baffle assembly) Align the holes on the tank baffle (W) with the holes on the left side panel. Insert one M6x15 bolts (AA), one spring washer (BB) and one flat washer (CC) into each pre-drilled holes Tighten the bolts using the screwdriver provided Step 7 (Install doors ) Insert the pin on the bottom of left...

Step 8 (Install the body assembly with cart assembly) Put the body assembly (A) onto the cart assembly. Align the holes on the body assembly with the holes on the cart assembly Insert the M6 x 15 bolt (AA), spring washer (BB) and flat washer (CC) into pre-drilled holes, and then tighten the bolts by hand.

Step 10 (Install the valve with side knob and knob support) Align the holes on the side knob support (Y) with the hole on the front of the right side shelf and side burner valve. Insert one M4 x 12 bolt (HH) into the pre-drilled holes.

Step12 (Install the heating plate, cooking grid and warming rack) Place the heating plates (J) upon each burners.( as shown in the diagram) Put the left cooking grid (I) and right cooking grid (H) upon the heating plates. Put the left warming rack (F) and right warming rack (G) on the side walls of firebox.

Step14 (Install the tank clip) Inset the tank clip (P) into the holes on the tank holder Step15 (Install the gas tank) Place the gas tank on the gas holder, and then clip it using the tank clip. Connect the tank with regulator by screwing regulator collar onto the tank valve.

9.1 kg/20 lb cylinders equipped with a cylinder connection device compatible with the connection for outdoor cooking appliances. The cylinder must include a collar to protect the cylinder valve. The gas cylinder should not be dropped or handled roughly. If the appliance is not in use, the gas cylinder must be disconnected.
