Check RF signal cable (DVB satellite signal or not)
Check whether other equipments have problem or not.
(By connecting RF Cable at other equipment)

Check LNB frequency.
Check satellite
Check Satellite connection
(DiSEqC, motor, etc...)
Change satellite setting
(match with installed ANT)
