my V mode does not turn on. The A mode does

The Vibration (V) mode may not turn on for the DogWatch BigLeash if the model being used is the BigLeash Basic, as it does not support the Vibration feature. Additionally, to enable Vibration mode, the correction level must be set to "0," and the "A" correction button must be held for 5 seconds until the LCD displays a "V" (with a flat bottom). If these steps are not followed correctly, the mode may not switch.
