USING YOUR APPLIANCE Opening the appliance Hold the pot lid handle and turn in a clockwise direction until the lid is released. Lift the lid upwards. Fill the inner pot Put food and water into the inner pot. Do not exceed 4/5 of the inner pot height. - Page 8 Fitting the lid Before fitting, check the gasket ring is in place and turn slightly to ensure it has a good seating. Place the lid on the pressure cooker and rotate counter clockwise and locate into the clasp on the body of the pressure cooker.
