CHECKING THE IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM
1. Immobilizer system indicator light does not go
on when the main switch is turned "ON".
1. Voltage
• Connect the pocket tester (DC 20 V) to the
multi-function display couplers as shown.
Tester positive probe – green/blue 1
Tester negative probe – black 2

• Set the main switch to "ON".
• Measure the voltage (12 V) between green/
blue and black on the multi-function display.
• Are the voltage within specification?
YES
Replace the multi-
function display
2. Voltage
