Using Select Services

In order for Your Phone to work with the Call Waiting, Call
Diversion, Three Way Call services you must subscribe to the
various services. For more information call BT on Freefone
0800 800150.

Call Waiting

Lets you know when someone is
trying to contact you when you are
already on the phone.
To switch Call Waiting ON
Lift the handset. Display shows

Press the
2 CALL WAITING ON
button. The code is dialled
automatically. Display shows
WAITING ON

Replace the handset after hearing

the network confirmation
announcement.
To switch Call Waiting OFF
Lift the handset. Display shows

Switching between Calls
Instead of the engaged tone,
the second caller will hear an
announcement to hold. You are
made aware of a second call by
a soft beep every 5 seconds.
2nd Call
Recall
You can answer the second call,

without disconnecting your first
caller, by pressing the
RECALL
will be put on hold.
When you have spoken to the
2
second caller you can return to
the first caller by pressing the
2ND CALL RECALL
You can switch back and forth
between the two calls without
disconnecting either if you wish.
