of shipment and are free from defects.
The limited warranty described herein (also called "Limited Warranty") is subject to the terms,
conditions and limitations below.
1. All new devices Feligan are guaranteed for a period of two years, according to the existing law,
from the date of first purchase.
2. Feligan's sole obligation under this limited warranty is the repair, replacement or amendment
(subject to final decision by Feligan), of Feligan devices that, after reasonable control, have been
found defective during the period of warranty as defined above.
All inspections, repairs and modifications under warranty must be made by Feligan.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, which must include proof of
purchase date.
3. The limited warranty is valid only if
(I) The customer makes an accurate control of the device upon receipt and reports immediately any
apparent defects to Feligan, and if
(Ii) The customer complies with all procedures required for warranty as described below.
WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
This limited warranty excludes all damages, including damages to any Feligan charger due to:
- Failure of observance of the instruction manual and of other instructions by Feligan;
- Abuse, misuse, other than normal household use, neglect, accident, fire, flood, acts of God,
misapplication, incorrect connection to voltage and non adequate energy sources, use of incorrect
fuses, overheating, contact with high voltage, with hazardous substances or any other event beyond
the control of Feligan.
This limited warranty does not apply to equipment not produced or provided by Feligan and even if it
may be applicable, for damage or loss resulting from the use of Feligan chargers outside the EU or
EEA (European Economic Area) .
By purchasing a Feligan device, you agree to carefully examine conditions for its use, read in full and
carefully follow all instructions provided by Feligan (including any updated information available on
the Feligan website – www.feligan.com) .
This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage due to shipment of the device to and from
Feligan. This limited warranty does not apply to batteries sent with the device, used, or purchased for
use with Feligan devices.
You agree that the following makes inoperative this Limited Warranty:
(I) alteration, removal or tampering of labels on the device Feligan or
(Ii) disassembly, repair or alterations on the Feligan device made by any unauthorized service center
and / or persons not authorized by Feligan.
It also states that Feligan will not accept any responsibility for damages resulting from alterations,
modifications and / or repair of the device made by persons not expressly authorized in writing by
Feligan.
The foregoing limited warranty is the only guarantee of Feligan and supersedes all other warranties,
express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for
particular purpose and any implied warranty deriving from the use of the charger, the relationship
with it or its selling.
Feligan is in no way responsible for any indirect, special, incidental or secondary damages due to use
of the device and for damages resulting from loss of data, profit, gain, income of the user, for strict
liability or under any other legal principle. The responsibility for Feligan will never in any case exceed
the amount that you paid for the device Feligan. If any legislation in force does not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental, indirect or similar damages, previous limitations on such
damages are not applicable.
