Creating still pictures from motion pictures

You can extract a frame from a playing motion picture and save it as a still picture in JPEG format with Exif information.

In the playback window, pause the
motion picture at the scene that you
want to capture as a still picture.
You can also display the playback window by selecting [Edit] →
[Edit movie] → [Capture] from the menu.

Select the save destination folder.
To save in a folder that is not displayed
Click [Browse].

Select the folder that you want or create a new folder,

and then click [OK].

Enter the file name.

Click [OK].
A still picture with the same picture size as the motion picture
is saved.
