Say "No" and press the
alert. Remain silent. The voice alert repeats twice
and the phone rings once, then returns to the
home screen.
Expert Mode
With the expert mode enabled, instead of
speaking a command following the initial voice
prompts, you can speak the command after you
hear a tone. Select

sets phone to sound tones instead of

You can access information regarding your

Headset Ringing
With a headset attached to your phone, the ringer
can be played through the headset or phone
speaker. Select

Out of phone
Out of headset
Auto-Answer
and
With a headset or hands-free car kit attached,
your phone can be set to answer automatically.

Auto-Answer
to automatically answer after 5 seconds.
Power backlighting
You can set backlighting to remain on when an
external power source, such as the AC adapter, is
used with the phone.
Note: Power backlighting may not be available
with the optional desktop charger or other
accessories. The battery charges more slowly with
power backlighting on.

Tip: Use the power backlighting as a night light
when traveling.
