FIRST SELF INSTALLATION MODE

At the fi rst machine start up will be performed a self installtion .The
aim of this procedure is to avoid the manual connections of wires on
the boards after the fi lling of the Hydraulic cyrcuit.
For instant boilers:
At the machine start up ,the water fi lls the airbreack , when the
fl oater is in top position will be opened one of the instant valves (the
valve changes between the various models) for 200 seconds. This
procedure will be repeated 2 times. After this , the machines need
to fi nd the airbreack fl oater in top position for at least 5 seconds.
If the fl oater stays in top position for more than 5 seconds the
machine will show on the display the date. If not the installation
procedure will be repeated. This means that surely we will have
water in the boiler at the end of this process.
For espresso boilers:
At the machine start up ,the water fi lls the airbreack , when the
fl oater is in top position the pump starts and opening one of the
electrovalves (the valve changes between the various models)
the machine will deliver 200cc of water. Until the fl owmeter didn't
check the passage of 200cc ofent in OF water this procedure will
continue with heating elem F condition.
When the fl owmeter checks the 200cc passages, the machine will
show on the display a date.
The display will show a date , in this way:
Now you have to set the date of the installation of the machine
using the keypad as decribed below:

MOVE
CURSOR
MOVE
BETWEEN
Day/Month/Year
Pushing the ENTER BUTTON , the machine will wait for 10 seconds
then will start to warm up the boiler.
The date will be stored in a safe place of the board.
In order to restore the fi rst installation mode enter in Program-
mation mode with Password 22933 (The board will BEEP for three
times.
After restart the machine will be again in Firs Self Installation
Mode)

5.0 SOFTWARE INSTRUCTIONS

5.1 PROGRAMMING MENU

The PROGRAMMING mode is entered by pressing the 'PROG' key.
The display will require the insertion of the Password.
Through the programming panel the following functions can be
accessed :
- Powder test – Active only in the Menu Doses
- Water test – Active only in the Menu Doses
- Full test – Active only in the Menu Doses
- Increase
- Decrease
- Shift
- Enter
- Escape
Tests are relevant to Selections and Pre-Selections.
