7. Check the heating and domestic hot water connections for leaks
8. Check that safety valves are working correctly
9. Check diaphragm expansion vessel and pressure of system
10. Check that all electrical plug-in connections and cable bushings are secure
Maintenance
Follow the instructions of the manu
facturer of the diaphragm expansion
vessel.
Carry out check with the system cold.
1. Drain the system or close the cap
valve on the diaphragm expansion
vessel and reduce the pressure
until the manometer reading is
"0".
2. If the inlet pressure of the dia
phragm expansion vessel is lower
than the static pressure of the sys
tem, add nitrogen until the inlet
pressure is 0.1 to 0.2 bar higher
than the static pressure of the sys
tem. The static pressure corre
sponds to the static head.
3. Add water until, when the system
is cold, the filling pressure is 0.1 to
0.2 bar higher than the inlet pres
sure of the diaphragm expansion
vessel.
Max. operating pressure 3 bar.
1. Remove the top panel A.
2. Check plug-in connections.
