The appliance does not turn on

Possible causes
The appliance is not connected to
the mains.
It is not put the switch to "ON" (1).
It has blown fuse in the plug of the
power cord.
The appliance has entered stand-by
mode.
It is indicated the "empty tank"
The heating element of the brew
group has not yet reached its
operating temperature
Steam pipe clogged.
Erroneous position of the suction
tube inside the tank water.
Formation of calcareous concretion
in the circuit.
Coffee pods offsite.
Metal filter clogged.
Drip tray is too full.

Remedies
Check the connection to the mains.
Activate the switch.
Call technical support.
Press the On/Off button on the
control panel.
Fill the water tank.
Wait until the service light interested
(hot water or steam) to stop blinking.
First make a cleaning with hot water
and detergent only the steam tube.
Perform a descaling cycle.
Check the correct position of the
pipe into the bottom of the tank.
Perform a descaling cycle with
suitable products.
Correctly position the pod.
Remove the filter from the drawer
and wash it.
Remove drip tray and empty it.
