Cause
There is a problem with
the configuration of the
USB port on your
computer.
Some Advanced Power
Management utilities on
laptops can turn off
ports to save battery life.
The USB cable is not
securely connected.
Software is not installed. Install the software
Too many applications
are running on your
computer.
The Battery Monitor or
similar software runs
constantly.

guide to disable this feature.
Connect the cable to the
Camera Dock and computer
ports (page 41).
(page 40).
Disconnect the Camera
Dock. Close all software
applications, reconnect the
Camera Dock, and try again.
Close that software before
starting the KODAK Software.
