Measuring your heart rate

Use the Wellness app to enable measuring your
heart rate via your ASUS ZenWatch.
To measure your heart rate using your ASUS
ZenWatch:
1. Launch Wellness.
2. Slow down and relax to help stabilize your
heart rate.
