Messages
Change settings for using messages.
On the Settings screen, tap Messages.
• D efault messaging app: Select the default app to use for messaging.
• D isplay: Change settings for the messaging window, such as the font size, background
colour, and more.
• Q uick responses: Add or edit the message template.
• T ext messages: Change settings for text messages.
• M ultimedia messages: Change settings for multimedia messages.
• D elete old messages: Set the device to delete old messages when the maximum
number of messages is exceeded.
• P riority senders: Set the device to show priority senders list.
• P ush messages: Set an interval for pop-up notifications that alert you to new messages.
• C ell broadcast: Set the device to receive cell broadcast messages.
• N otifications: Set the device to alert you to new messages.
• S ignature: Set the device to display your signature on the message.
• S pam filter: Set the device to block messages from specific numbers or that contain
certain words.
• D elay message sending: Set the time the device waits before sending messages after
you tap the send button.
• S afe mode:
– Allow access to all links: Set the device to allow to open the link on a message when
you tap the link.
– Potential threat alerts: Set the device to alert you when you install apps that support
messaging feature to prevent phishing.
