Problem
In Review mode,
you do not see a
picture (or the
expected picture)
on the camera
screen.
Picture is too
dark.
Picture is too
light.

The camera may not be
accessing the correct
storage location.
Flash is not on.
The subject is too far
away for the flash to
have an effect.
The subject is in front
of a bright light
(backlit).
Not enough light.
The flash is not needed. Change to Auto flash or Flash Off

The light sensor is
covered.

Solution
Check the picture storage location
setting

Turn on the flash
Move so there is no more than
12.8 ft (3.9 m) between the
camera and the subject.
Use Fill flash
