Installing the Custom Camera Insert

A universal insert is pre-installed in the camera dock. It allows all Kodak
EasyShare CX/DX6000 series and LS600 series cameras to use the camera
dock.
A custom insert is included with your camera. It provides a perfect fit for
your Kodak EasyShare CX6230 zoom digital camera.
Remove the Universal Insert
Install the Custom Insert

1 Place your thumbs in the indents in the
front of the universal insert; press in and
lift.

Lift the insert at the side edge and remove
the insert from the dock.

Save the universal insert as a spare.

Position the custom insert so the cutout
lines up with the connector on the camera
dock.

Fit the insert into the groove in the dock and
snap it into place.
