No sound can be heard
from the speakers even

A hard disk drive problem

The hard disk drive does
not work.
OneKey Recovery System problems
Backup cannot be made.
Failure to restore system
partition to factory default.
Make sure that:
- The Mute function is off.
- The combo audio jack is not being used.
- Speakers are selected as the playback device.
Discharge and recharge the battery pack.
The surge protector in the battery pack might be active. Turn
off the computer for one minute to reset the protector; then
turn on the computer again.
Make sure that the hard disk drive is included in the Boot
menu in the BIOS setup utility correctly.
Make sure that you are currently using a Windows operating
system.
There may not be enough space to store the backed-up data.
You will need to free more hard disk space on your backup's
partition.
The system partition (e.g. the partition size or the drive
capacity of C) has been modified.
