You should have been allocated a Resident ID and Pincode which will be sent to you by email at the address you used when purchasing Care Messenger.

Click on New Message, and select INBOX if you don’t want your message to display full screen when received. An icon appears on screen to indicate a waiting message, and is read by clicking OK on their remote.
