Symptom
Cause
The player does not start
• No disc is inserted.

• These operations may prevent a proper progression of the contents.
• Turn the power off then turn it on. Or disconnect the AC adapter and
insert it into the wall outlet again.
• Point the remote control at the remote sensor of the player.
• Operate the remote control within about 3 m (9.9 feet).
• Replace the battery with new one.
• Avoid the player from being exposed to a strong light source.
• Use an SD card formatted in FAT16 or FAT32.
• Unlock the card.
• A copy-protected audio CD cannot be used on this feature.
• Try other discs.
