Neglecting this may cause malfunction of the player or damage to the disc. When transporting the player, the original shipping carton and packing materials come in handy.

Moisture condensation occurs, for example, when you pour a cold drink into a glass on a warm day. Drops of water form on the outside of the glass. In the same way, moisture may condense on the optical pick-up lens inside this unit, one of the most crucial internal parts of the player.

    Preparation of the remote control Insert the specified battery to the remote control. See page 7 for safety use of coin-shaped batteries. Gently insert a fingernail in groove 1 and pull out the holder in direction 2 . Backside Take care not to break your fingernail. Place a coin-shaped battery (CR2025) with the side up on the holder.
