  • Page 6 Starting Up Open the screw plug on your device. Pour only cold, pure tap water into your device and then close it. ATTENTION! Do not add any cleaning agents or perfumes! Lift up and open the lid and push the power plug for the working hose in completely.
  • Page 7 Starting Up Insert the power plug into the electrical socket and switch the main switch on. Make sure that the light on the main switch comes on. Should the acoustic and optical signal (orange light) go off during operation, add a little water as described above.
  • Page 8 Starting Up You adjust the quantity of steam using the wheel on the handle. Level 1 generates the lowest quantity of steam. Level 2 Middle steam level Level 3 generates the most steam. Prior to starting work we recommend that you vent the device for 10 to 15 seconds at the highest steam level (onto a thermal towel).

    Starting Up Accessories Tubes, hose and accessories can be quite easily combined with a push lock. Joint lock Pushing back the grey slider locks the joint; pressing it forward releases the joint to move. When disassembling the accessories, first press the slider lock forward, and then pull the parts away from each other.

Attention: Use a protective pad on sensitive surfaces! Ceramic-stovetops Clean using the jet and stainless steel sponge as with an oven.

    Care Your Jt Care® hot air device is equipped with a high-grade stainless steel boiler and a stainless steel heating hose. This makes it very resistant to lime. In order to guarantee a long operational life of your device, though, you need to empty the boiler around every six months, depending on use.
