Do not try and manually push the feeding tray either clockwise or anti clockwise
as this will damage the motor and gearbox of the feeder. If you wish to move the
tray, only do this by either pressing the Feed button (F), which is the left button
of the 3 on top of the feeder, or opening the feeder and removing the tray before
replacing it in your desired location.
Do not overload the feeder. Each tray slot is designed to hold a maximum of 8
ounces of wet or dry food at a time. You should ensure that the food is spread
out evenly on the tray slot or you risk overloading the tray, which may cause
firstly a jam but more importantly will make for a hungry pet. If your pet eats
more, use additional tray slots and set to feed accordingly.
Before operating the unit, make sure nothing is obstructing the tray's rotation
path (such as food, debris etc.)
Keep your Feed and Go device out of direct sunlight to prevent discoloring.
Especially when the feeder is open, do not apply pressure to its hinges. Be
careful not to drop anything on the feeder, and try not to keep the feeder in a
location likely to have something fall on it (near a kitchen counter or work table).
Never set anything on top of the feeder.
