Setting Up the Parental
Control
The Parental Control function works in conjunction with
DVDs that have been assigned a rating - which helps
you control the types of DVDs that your family watches.
There are up to 8 rating levels on a disc.
1 With the unit in Stop mode/No Disc mode, press
the MENU button on the remote control.
Press the ...† buttons to select Setup, then press

the OK or √ button.

• The 'Create the password' message will be
displayed.

4 Enter the 4-digit password using the 0 to 9 buttons
on the remote control.
• The 'Confirm the password' message will be displayed.

ous menu. Press the MENU button to exit the menu.

indicates that the programme is intended for adult
