The DIRECT ACCESS keypads
allow for quick and easy cookingl
heating of selected categories of
food. Depending on the number
of servings or the weight of the
item, the microwave
automatically
determines
the
required time and power level.
Follow the chart at the right, and
press the appropriate
keypad one
to three times (depending
on
servings/weights).
Then press
START
Cooking/ Heating Tips:
Soup/Beverage

Liquids must be room or
refrigeration
temperature.
Use microwave-safe
cup or
dish only.
Potato
Arrange in a circular pattern
with heavier ends pointing
toward the outer edge of the
turntable.
Do not place ~otato in the
centre of the oven when
cooking.
Potatoes must be room
temperature.
Frozen Vegetable
For best results, place on
microwave-safe
dish. Cover
with dish lid or with plastic
wrap before heating.
Microwave
Popcorn
Popcorn should be at room
temperature.
Place only one bag in the
oven at a time.
Popcorn popping containers
are not recommended
for use
with this feature.

Directions
Wash and scrub well. Pierce with
fork. Placa on paper towel.
Turn over during cooking.
Let stand
for 3-5
minutes.
Do not

in centre of
turntable.
Unfold the bag and place in oven
according to directions.
Coffee/Tea/Hot chocolate
No cover. Stir after reheating.
Soup: Cover. Stir after reheating.
Place in a suitable
sized
microwave-safe
dish. Cover.
Stir during cooking.
Let stand for 2-3
minutes.
Popcorn:

If popcorn bag size is not 100g, 85g or 50g, do not use this
feature. Follow instructions on the package.
Do not leave the oven unattended while the corn is being
popped.
Remember to supervise children closely.
Popcorn:
'After popping, open bag carefully. Popcorn and steam are
extremely
hot.
Do not reheat unpopped kernels or reuse bag. Overcooking can
result in an oven fire.
Never use a brown paper bag for popping corn.
