2. CHANNEL SELECTION CIRCUIT OPERATION
CHECK

2-1 Channel Up/Down Selection

Adjustment Preparation
(1) Set the TV set so that VHF (11, 13CH), UHF (14,
46, 63CH) and CATV (A, E, P, WCH) can be
received.
(2) Set Signal Source mode to Antenna on the set up
menu. (Press the Menu key, and select Setup,
then select Signal Source mode, See next page.)
Adjustment Procedure
(1) Check that VHF are received correctly by pressing
CH Up ( ) or Down ( ) button.
Adjustment Preparation
(3) Set Signal Source mode to CATV 1.
Adjustment Procedure
(2) Perform the same operation as in Item (1), and
check that VHF and CATV are received correctly.
Adjustment Preparation
(4) Set Signal Source mode to CATV 2.
Adjustment Procedure
(3) Perform the same operation as in Item (1), and
check that VHF and CATV are received correctly.
Note: This check should be done to both ANT A and B.
(32UX01S and 36UX01S models)

2-2 CH Up/Down

Adjustment Preparation
(1) Set the TV set so that VHF (11, 13CH), UHF (14,
46, 63CH) and CATV (A, E, P, W CH) can be
received.
Adjustment Procedure
(1) Set Signal Source mode to Antenna on the SET
UP menu.
(2) Select Auto CH set mode and press ( ) key on
the set up menu. After Auto CH set, operation is
completed. By pressing the channel Up ( ) or
Down (
) button, check that the channels having
broadcast signal (s) can be received.
(3) Set Signal Source mode to CATV 1.
(4) Perform the same operation as in Item (2) and
check that CATV can be received correctly.
