UTQGS (Uniform Tire Quality
Grading Standards)

consumers with ratings for
a tire's traction, temperature,
and treadwear. Ratings are
determined by tire
manufacturers using
government testing procedures.

equipment tires and the correct
cold tire inflation pressures. The
recommended pressure is the
minimum air pressure needed to
support the vehicle's maximum
