Connecting the Wires to the Terminals

Connect the previously labeled wires to the corresponding terminals, matching the designations. Use a screwdriver to
loosen the terminal, wrap the wires around the terminal, and then tighten to securely fasten the wires. Make sure the
wires do not touch or short-circuit with other terminals.
• Depending on your heating/cooling equipment, you may need to connect between 2 and 7 wires.
• If you have 2 'R' wires, then connect each wire to its corresponding terminal, and remove the JUMPER between
the RC and RH terminals.
• If you are unsure of the connections, please consult a certified HVAC contractor for the correct installation of your
thermostat.
