    Cleaning and maintenance shall not be made by children. The appliance should only be used as described in this user guide. Only Vax recommended attachments should be used with this appliance. Do not use this vacuum cleaner if it has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors or dropped into water.

    As a general guide, Vax recommends lters be replaced every 3-6 months depending on the level of use to ensure optimum performance of your vacuum cleaner.

    NOTE: Vax recommends that you raise the height of the brushbar to the high setting when using this cleaner on lino and hard ooring due to constant rotation. Vax cannot be held responsible for damage to these surfaces if the customer fails to take notice of this recommendation.

    NOTE: The 3-in-1 tool and TurboTool can be attached to the telescopic tube or hose directly. NOTE: The hard oor tool can ONLY be attached to the telescopic tube. NOTE: To change setting on your 3-in-1 tool, press in the Vax logo located at the top of the tool. Attaching the hose Press the latch release on Choose an accessory.

    Maintenance (Keep your Vax as good as new) Removing blockages WARNING: To reduce the risk of electric shock, turn the vacuum cleaner o and unplug from the electrical outlet before performing maintenance/troubleshooting checks. Disconnect the hose from the vacuum cleaner and remove any blockages found then reconnect the hose securely.
