The combustion burner head material must be suitable for temperatures of at least 932°F (500°C). (100 mm) The boiler must be installed on a levelled base or foundation, which must be designed to carry the entire weight of the boiler, water fill, burner and attached piping.
  • Page 12 The consulting engineer or contractor should review the system design if more balancing valves are required to properly balance the system. Viessmann can supply TA (Victaulic) balancing valves upon request. The balancing should be carried out by a certified balancing firm prior to boiler start-up.
