3 HDMI "_ IN--High-Definition Multimedia Interface input
receives digital audio and uncompressed digital video from an
HDMI _ device or uncompressed digital video from a DVI
device. HDMI '_connection is necessary to receive 1080p
signals.
4 Digital Audio out-- Optical audio output in Dolby _ Digital or
PCM (pulse-code modulation) format for connecting an
external Dolby _Digital decoder, amplifier, or home theater
system with optical audio input.
5 Power Cord-- Plug one end of the power cord into the jack on
the back of the unit, and the other end into a live electrical
outlet.(Only for 40/50L 1400U models)
