SYMPTOM
Tool operates but does not drive fasteners fully
Tool operates, but no fastener is driven
Jammed nail
CAUSE
Depth adjust set too shallow
Tool not fi rmly applied to workpiece
Material and fastener length
Damaged or worn driver blade tip
Damaged actuation mechanism
No nails in magazine
Wrong size or angle nails
Debris in nosepiece
Debris in magazine
Worn magazine
Damaged or worn driver blade
Damaged pusher spring
Wrong size or angle nails
Magazine screws not secured after previous jam clear/inspection
Damaged or worn driver blade
Material and fastener length
Debris in nosepiece
Worn magazine

FIX
Rotate depth adjust to a deeper setting.
Apply adequate force to tool securing it tightly to workpiece See instruction
manual.
If the unit continues to stall (forcing the need to rotate the Stall release lever)
choose the appropriate material and fastener length that is not too rigorous of an
application.
Replace driver/return assembly See authorized service center.

Load nails in magazine.
Use only the recommended nails Refer to Nail Specifications.
Clean nose area and watch closely for small pieces of broken nails stuck in the
track.

Replace driver blade See authorized service center.

Make sure to tighten magazine hex bolts with wrench provided.
