To turn audio prompts such as, "Say a
name or Shortcut," on or off:
 Press and hold Side AVR Key or
located on the right side of
the phone.
 Press Left Soft Key
[SETTINGS],
 Select Prompts, press
 Select "On" or "Off".
 Press Left Soft Key
save it.
