Solution:
1. Select the Setup tab to ensure that you see video.
2. If there is no video, try to select a camera input from those shown at the bottom of the screen.
3. If there is still no video, verify that video cable from VCR OUT on the multiplexer is connected to the
server.
4. If you still do not have video, connect the video monitor directly to the VCR OUT of the multiplexer(s) to
be sure that you see video.
5. If no video streaming from the VCR output is present, perform a factory default to reset the system. If you
now have video, repeat the setup procedures.

735-6300, or visit us on the Web at www.technical.support@philips.com. There is also an on-line
knowledge database, www.phd.philipscsi.com, to submit questions directly or use the on-line technical

C. Problem: There is no playback.
Solution:
1. On the Search page, select the time and date as in Figure 6.
2. Select a camera.
3. If the selected camera still shows no video, contact Philips CSI's Technical Support group at 1-800-326-
