4.1 Registration form (request form)

Registering the product, one have to fill in the following form:
1. Alias (nickname) (real name is NOT required)
2. E-mail (must be the same request is sending with)
3. Amount (in USD)
4. PayPal account e-mail (may differ from the one you're
sending request with)
5. Most exact payment time (if possible - with seconds
precision)
6. Additional information you want to tell (if any).
7. Your Request Code (do not make mistakes while
copying!)
ATTENTION! All submitted and received data must be saved in any way.
It can be re-used in re-registration or in some other situations (learn more at sect.
4.4).
