Using the Metronome Function

The recorder features a built-in metronome. The Metronome function enables you to play the
metronome, change its tempo and/or beat, and set the metronome so that it will play during
recording.

Using the metronome

1.
Press the [MENU/FOLDER] button while the main screen is
displayed, select [METRONOME] → [START], then press the
[REC] button.
The metronome sound will be output from either the speaker or
headphones.
2.
Press the [STOP] button to stop the metronome.
3.
Press the [MENU/FOLDER] button twice.
The unit displays the main screen.

Setting the metronome tempo (speed)

1.
Press the [MENU/FOLDER] button while the main screen is
displayed, select [METRONOME] → [TEMPO], then press the
[REC] button.
2.
Press the [PLAY]/[STOP] buttons repeatedly to set the tempo in
the range of 30 to 250 bpm, then press the [REC] button.
3.
Press the [MENU/FOLDER] button twice.
The unit displays the main screen.
Note:
You can also adjust the metronome tempo by pressing the [
playing the metronome.
