Safety precautions when using Disc Stakka

To ensure safe operation of your Disc Stakka, please read the following safety notices carefully prior to use.
Do not insert foreign objects or discs smaller than 12 cm into the Disc Stakka. This can
damage the unit or cause it to jam.
Do not place OpdiTracker or operating system discs inside your Disc Stakka. If your
computer fails, you will likely need access to these discs.
Do not expose the Disc Stakka to high moisture or to temperatures over 35°C when in
operation or over 50°C when in storage.
Do not allow chemicals to come into contact with the Disc Stakka
Do not disassemble or touch the inside of the Disc Stakka. There are no user-serviceable
parts inside a Disc Stakka unit.
Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners or organic solvents on the Disc Stakka. Clean the
outside of the unit by wiping with a clean, dry cloth.
Avoid Electrostatic Discharge. Discharges near any of the Disc Stakka connector ports can
cause temporary malfunction of the unit.
Do not stack more than five Disc Stakkas in a tower (even for storage). Ensure towers are
on a sturdy surface strong enough to support their weight: a fully-loaded tower of five
Disc Stakkas can weigh up to 20 kg (44 lb).
Do not connect more than one USB cable to a tower. For each tower, connect only a single
USB cable from the bottom Disc Stakka to either your computer or a powered USB hub.
Do not connect more than one tower of up to five Disc Stakkas directly to your computer. If
you have multiple towers of Disc Stakkas, connect each tower to the computer through a
powered USB hub.
