3.0 Control Panel Settings
To Use Serial Port:
1. Tap:
Start > Programs > Bluetooth >
Bluetooth SPP Manager
2. The
Bluetooth SPP Manager
3. Tap the button.
Scan Device
4. Wait ten (10) seconds and the Bluetooth device will initialize.
If the device to which the unit is bonding does not appear in

the list, ensure it is turned on, in discoverable mode, and within
range (30 feet / 10 meters) of the unit.

If want to use a virtual COM, only SPP base profiles are sup-

tab and the trusted devices will appear. Select the device to be
mapped to a virtual COM and which virtual COM you want to
use.
The selected COM port has been mapped for Bluetooth device.
