Reads the voltage, charge current, temperature and Id of the battery.

A mobile originated call can be made. The mobile should be fitted with a test SIM
and camped onto a carrier in order for this attempt to be successful. The "length"
field must contain the number of digits contained within the message, the
specified digits will be appended to any digits already on the display.
