Possible reasons your Metal Motorsports Rivet mini bike won't start include:

1. Fuel issues:
- Low or no fuel.
- Using gasoline with more than 10% ethanol or methanol, which can damage the engine.
- Contaminated or old fuel.

2. Engine not properly set:
- Fuel valve not in the "ON" position.
- Choke lever not in the correct position for a cold start.
- ON/OFF switch not in the "ON" position.

3. Air filter problems:
- Dirty or clogged air filter can reduce airflow and prevent starting.
- Damaged air filter not functioning properly.

4. Spark plug issues:
- Spark plug dirty or has excessive carbon buildup.
- Spark plug not connected properly or damaged.

5. Improper starting procedure:
- Starter recoil cord not pulled correctly.
- Engine not given time to warm up with choke adjustment.

Check each of these areas to diagnose the issue.
