When the machine is idle and not in use for an extended period of time, it should be emptied completely and stored in an area with temperature above 4°C or 39 °F. This eliminates any possible damage to pipes and boiler. All maintenance must be carried out exclusively by GIME authorized technicians and all spare parts must be original GIME parts.

Description The main machine components of the AMBRA series machines are the following: Boiler: Contains hot water (not for coffee brewing; please see “heat exchangers” here below) and steam.
