Requesting a licence

Ziris View will periodically display an evaluation logo
indefinitely until it is able to download a licence from Ziris
Manage. To request a licence

Select one or more Ziris View devices, right click and
select Request Licences.

Browse to the desired location that the .csv file will be
saved in. Click Save.

Email the file together with a licence request form
available from the Ziris Manage About page to:
ziris.licence@eu.sony.com

Importing licence files

Select any Ziris View device, right-click and select
Import Licences.

Browse to the location of the received (.lic) licence
files. Select one or more licence files. Click Import.
Note
There is no need to import licences individually, Ziris
Manage will match up each licence with the corresponding
device based on the serial number.
