Test for coil voltage at contactors.
If K-1/K-2
K-1-A-1 is L-1 switched from X-1 pin 2 on the relay board.
K-1-A-2 is L-2 constantly supplied from the 130 terminal.
K-2-A-1 is L-1 switched from X-1 pin 6 on the relay board.
K-2-A-2 is L-2 constantly supplied from K-1-A-2.
If K-1/2/3
K-1-A-1 is L-1 switched from X-1 pin 2 on the relay board.
K-1-A-2 is L-2 constantly supplied from the 130 terminal.
K-2-A-1 is L-1 fed from K-1-A-1.
K-2-A-2 is L-2 from K-41-A-2.
K-3-A-1 is L-1 switched from X-1 pin 6 on the relay board.
K-3-A-2 is L-2 constantly supplied from K-1-A-2.

Test for a faulty probe. If
not faulty, pre-heat it.
Replace faulty contactor(s).
Repair wiring issue.
Replace faulty element(s).
Test for faulty probe or scaled tank.
