CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Make sure the deep fryer is unplugged and oil in the tank has cooled down
completely.
2. Remove the lid.
3. Remove the basket from the oil tank.
4. Carefully pull out the control panel/heater assembly. Do not immerse it in water;
doing so may permanently damage the deep fryer.
5. Drain the oil and take the oil tank out.
6. Wash lid, fry basket, oil tank and deep fryer body in hot soapy water and dry all the
parts thoroughly.
7. OIL TANK CLEANING: Soak in hot, soapy water and use a stiff nylon brush to remove
stubborn residue.
8. Make sure the parts are completely dried off after washing and before using.
CAUTION
Do not user harsh abrasive cleaning agents to clean the appliance.
