Accessories –
Smoke Relay Modules:
• Activates or deactivates auxiliary devices such as bells, lights and
ventilation systems.
• For use with all interconnected installations that contain smoke
alarms and smoke / CO combo units and heat detectors.
• The power supply portion of this module can be used with manual
pull stations, flow switches, and spot type heat detectors.
CO Relay Modules:
• Activates or deactivates auxiliary devices such as bells, lights and
ventilation systems.
• For use with all interconnected installations that contain CO
alarms and smoke / CO combo units.
• CO relay modules should not be used to connect groups of CO
alarms to an alarm panel or to interconnect groups of CO
alarms together.
Remote Visual Signaling Device:
• Bright 177 Candela Strobe Light – Provides visual alarm to the hearing
impaired. Strobe light is triggered when any interconnectable
smoke, heat, or CO alarm with the home is activated.
• 1 Hz Flash Rate – Light level proven effective in alerting the hearing
impaired. Sixty flashes per minute – meets recommended ULC
standards. Different flash rate for CO and smoke situations.
• No relay required.
Heat Detector:
• Test Button – Tests heat detector circuitry and horn.
• 9V Battery Backup – For continuous protection in case of power
failure.
• Alarm sounds when air temperature rises above 135ºF. Ideal
for garages and attics.
• No relay required.
