Inspection.
Look for the following:
•
No sign of sagging or excessive wear in the canvas (5)
•
No signs of fraying, especially around the fastener points. (Headrest, Pram handle & Back Canvas)
•
No fasteners are missing & are not loose.
•
Recliner backrest has a smooth function.
•
No sharp edges or burrs.
removal of the reclining back post:
•
Release and remove fasteners on headrest lateral tube (7).
•
Push in spring pin and lift out headrest kit (6).
•
Push in spring pin and slide pram handle (4) out of recliner backrest tubes (1).
•
Release and remove fasteners on recliner backrest canvas (5) slide canvas over recliner backrest tubes.
•
Release and remove fasteners on recliner rear seat frame kit (2)
•
Remove recliner backrest tubes (1)
To assemble is to reverse the above process.
