PROBLEM

Carry the appliance in the original package or a similar,
well-padded package to prevent damage to the appliance.
POTENTIAL CAUSE
The oil is deteriorated.
This oil is unsuitable for deep
frying.
A little steam release is normal.
If any excessive steam escaping,
then the lid is not close properly.
The oil volume is higher than the
maximum level.
The frying food is too much.
The food is too wet.
The frying temperature is too low.
The frying food is too much.

SOLUTION
Change the oil after 2 weeks of
storage.
Use a good quality vegetable oil or
other oil suitable for deep frying
Make sure the lid is fully closed
Decrease oil proper volume between
MIN and MAX level.

Dry the food before frying.
Adjust the temperature to proper
level.
