There are security and privacy risks (eavesdropping and
cloning) that exist with conventional analog cellular
services today.
Your battery needs recharging earlier when you use your
phone for analog cellular roaming.

Setting Your Phone's Roaming Mode

Your Sprint PCS Phone allows you to control your ability to
roam. By using the Roaming menu option, you can
determine which signals your phone accepts.
